“RE/SOURCED”, SVA Flatiron Gallery

A casting of a natural stone is illuminated with 3D projection mapping. The projection is a 3D scan of the original stone surface. The computer and projector required to accomplish the projection are assembled with the sculpture.


Wonder Valley Iron Age Slab II, 2022.

A wall-mounted relief casting of exposed stone from an abandoned quarry in Wonder Valley, CA. Video projection articulates the surface topography with vivid colors and gradients. Custom software drives real-time video projection.


The group exhibition, RE/SOURCED, was curated by SVA program coordinator Rachel Gisela Cohen with artists Sandra Erbacher, Dev Harlan, Nancy Krakaur, and Teri Gandy-Richardson.
